Granola Mama is not responsible for lost / stolen / mis-delivered packages. Once a package is marked shipped, it is in the hands of UPS to deliver the package. Any issues with your items from there must be taken up with UPS.

Processing Time varies from 2 business days - 12 business days. I am NOT amazon prime and as a small business, one woman show, I ask that you understand this before placing an order.

There is a lot of factors that play into processing time. Every batch of product is created slowly and intentionally. I NEVER use high heat or quick infusing methods. I am a ONE woman mama show. Batching, sanitization, bottling, labeling, ordering, shipping, + my personal life, and MORE is all ME. So while I try my absolute best to get orders out within a few business days of pending, sometimes it takes me a tad longer.

Please assure your address on file for shipping at the time the order is placed is the address you will be at for time of delivery within that 2-12 business day processing time and then 2-6 day delivery window.
