Granola Mama is unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, If there is an issue with your order (i.e. your order arrived leaking, or the product isn’t in 100% perfect condition, etc), please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with a screenshot of your order with order # and photos of items with the issue & I will do everything I can to assure you are 100% satisfied!
