Granola Mama is not responsible for lost / stolen / mis- delivered packages. Once a package is marked shipped, it is in the hands of USPS to deliver the package. Any issues with your items from there must be taken up with USPS. By placing an order, you are AGREEING to this policy.
Granola Mama is unable to issue refunds, exchanges, or returns. However, If there is an issue with your order (i.e. your order arrived leaking, or the product isn’t in 100% perfect condition, etc) Please reach out to me within 7 days of receiving your item(s) with a screenshot of your order with order # and photos of items with the issue & I will do everything I can to assure you are 100% satisfied!
Granola Mama is unable to cancel pending orders under any circumstance. If there is an issue with your pending order, please directly contact Granola Mama via email
Granola Mama does not use synthetic preservatives so your products WILL expire. Each product has a 12 month shelf life. I am a small batch company; this means that all products are made fresh and shipped off to you within two weeks of production. If for whatever reason you feel your product is not 100% fresh when you receive it, please email me!
Are all Granola Mama products PREGNANCY SAFE? While I would feel 100% safe using my products during pregnancy and also have many customers that do, Blue Tansy Essential Oil in my Glow Up Serum + Tallow Love Facial Cream only two ingredients that have some concerns around them. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND I formulate with these essential oils at an appropriate and educated dilution to their carrier oils that would make these oils pregnancy safe. I like to legally disclaim to check with your midwife or doctor before introducing any new product into your routine that you may be iffy about! Granola Mama’s FAV products for pregnancy are Mama + Baby Balm (EO FREE), Bare Botanical Tallow Face + Body Oil (EO FREE), Herbal Hair + Scalp Oil (EO FREE), Herbal Hair Cleanse (EO FREE), Sunshine Oil (EO FREE), Calm Complexion Cleanser, Skin Food (EO FREE), All Over Oil, and Face Mist (EO FREE).

Processing Time varies from 2 business days - 12 business days. I am NOT amazon prime and as a small business, one woman show I ask that you understand this before placing an order.
There is a lot of factors that play into processing time. Every batch of product is created slowly and intentionally. I NEVER use high heat or quick infusing methods. I am a ONE woman mama show. Batching, sanitization, bottling, labeling, ordering, shipping, + my personal life, and MORE is all ME. So while I try my absolute best to get orders out within a few business days of pending, sometimes it takes me a tad longer.
Please assure your address on file for shipping at the time the order is placed is the address you will be at for time of delivery within that 2-12 business day processing time and then 2-6 day delivery window.
